Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment: We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card (via the PayPal portal), and additionally for Australian customers only, Bank Deposit. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.  For international orders the total in the shopping cart will be displayed excluding GST.


Shipping & Postage: Orders are normally posted within 24 hours of payment being cleared. We send orders to the majority of Europe, Asia, the US and Canada.  If there is no shipping option for your country please Contact Us for a quote.

We do not offer local collection of orders, however for racers in Canberra, Australia, we can offer trackside delivery with prior arrangement.

For our Australian customers we primarily use Australia Post satchels, both Regular and Express (both of which are fully tracked) and orders too large for a satchel (e.g. car kits and body shells) are boxed and sent via Registered Mail. Orders over $200.00 will receive the option of free Regular postage (tracked). Please note we are unable to send batteries, paint or tyre additives via Express Post as they travel via air-mail.

For our International customers we use tracked satchels in either 500g, 1kg, or 2kg for the majority of orders. Larger items (body shells or kits) will be boxed and sent with tracking. At times the store will calculate high postage costs - we always refund the excess costs once the order is sent. 


Returns: Please ensure the product you purchase is suitable for your requirements. We will not refund you if you simply change your mind. If you are unsure if an item is suitable, please Contact Us before you purchase.

We will exchange items within 10 days of purchase. Postage costs are not refundable.

It is the customers’ responsibility to organise for the safe return of any items.  No exchanges will be made unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.

All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice. To return items you must first be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). To be issued with a Return Authorisation Number please Contact Us. Items returned without a RAN may not be accepted and may be returned at the buyers’ expense.
