Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment: We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card (via the PayPal portal), and Bank Deposit. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.  

Shipping & Postage: Orders are normally posted within 48 hours of payment being cleared. We primarily use Australia Post satchels, both Regular and Express (both of which are fully tracked) and orders too large for a satchel (e.g. car kits and body shells) are boxed and sent via Registered Mail. Orders over $300.00 will receive the option of free Regular postage (tracked). 

We do not offer local collection of orders, however for racers in Canberra, Australia, we can offer trackside delivery with prior arrangement.

Returns: Please ensure the product you purchase is suitable for your requirements. We will not refund you if you simply change your mind. If you are unsure if an item is suitable, please Contact Us before you purchase.

We will exchange items within 10 days of purchase. Postage costs are not refundable.

It is the customers’ responsibility to organise for the safe return of any items.  No exchanges will be made unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.

All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice. To return items you must first be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). To be issued with a Return Authorisation Number please Contact Us. Items returned without a RAN may not be accepted and may be returned at the buyers’ expense.
